Who are we?

Wok This Way ApS, CVR-nr. 39148099, Nørregade 36, 8000 Aarhus C, er dataansvarlig for hjemmesiden, Wokklub og catering-forespørgsler.

What data do we collect, and why?

Når du bestiller mad online

Bestiller du på vores hjemmeside, behandler vi dit navn, dit telefonnummer, din e-mailadresse, hvad du har bestilt, hvad det kostede, og hvornår du henter maden. Vi bruger oplysningerne til at lave din mad, til at kunne ringe til dig, hvis der er noget med ordren, og til at sende dig en bekræftelse og en kvittering.

Vi behandler oplysningerne, fordi det er nødvendigt for at opfylde aftalen med dig (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra b), og fordi bogføringsloven kræver, at vi gemmer regnskabsbilag (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra c).

Din ordre sendes til køkkenets kassesystem, så maden kan laves. Betalingen sker gennem vores betalingsudbyder. Vi ser aldrig dit kortnummer.

Tilbud på mail og sms, når du har handlet hos os

Har du bestilt mad hos os og selv oplyst din e-mailadresse eller dit mobilnummer, kan vi sende dig tilbud og nyheder om vores egne retter og drikke. Det følger af markedsføringslovens § 10, stk. 2, der gælder for virksomhedens egne kunder.

Du får det oplyst, mens du bestiller, og du kan fravælge det med ét klik samme sted. Du kan også framelde dig i hver eneste besked, vi sender.

Vi sender kun tilbud fra den restaurant, du har handlet med, og kun om retter og drikke. Ikke catering og ikke gavekort.

Behandlingsgrundlaget er vores legitime interesse i at markedsføre egne, tilsvarende varer til egne kunder (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra f). Du har ret til at gøre indsigelse mod behandlingen. Gør du det, stopper vi med at sende dig markedsføring.

Vi gemmer, hvad du svarede, hvornår du svarede, og den tekst der stod på bestillingssiden, så vi kan dokumentere det. Dokumentationen gemmes i op til 2 år efter sidste udsendelse.

Wokklub

When you sign up for the Wok Club, we process the information you give us yourself: name, email address, mobile number (if you want SMS offers), birthday (day and month, if you want a birthday offer) and your preferred restaurant. We only use the information to send you the news, offers and benefits you have consented to, by email and/or SMS. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and we store documentation of the consent (time and consent text). You can withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

The digital stamp card

The Wokklub stamp card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and is run for us by Regulars ApS. When you get the card, we process your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your mobile number and your birthday. We also register which restaurant you signed up from, your visits, your stamps and the benefits you have used.

We use the information to give you stamps and benefits and to send you messages on the card, for example a welcome, a birthday offer and a reminder if it has been a while since your last visit. The legal basis is the membership agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent to offers and news on the card (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can turn off the messages on your phone, delete the card and ask us to delete your information.

If you ask for the stamp card in the sign-up form on our website, we send your name, your email address, your mobile number and your birthday to Regulars, which creates the card and sends it to you by email.

Catering enquiries

If you send a catering enquiry, we process your contact details and the information about your event in order to give you a quote (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Cookies and statistics

We use cookies for operation, statistics and marketing. You control your own cookie choices through the cookie banner, and you can always change them again. See the full overview in the banner under Cookie settings.

Who do we share information with?

We only share your information with data processors that help us run the business: our hosting provider, our email and SMS platform (Brevo), our point-of-sale system (OnlinePOS), our payment provider (QuickPay) and our stamp card platform (Regulars ApS, CVR 43492462, Mindebrogade 3, 8000 Aarhus C). The data processors only process the information on our instructions. We never sell your information.

How long do we keep the information?

Onlineordrer gemmes i fem år efter udgangen af det regnskabsår, ordren hører til. Det følger af bogføringsloven. Derefter slettes de.

Wok Club data is stored for as long as you are signed up, and is deleted no later than 12 months after you unsubscribe (documentation of consent is however kept for up to 2 years after the last mailing, to meet documentation requirements). Catering enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after completion.

The information on the stamp card is kept for as long as you are a member and is deleted when you ask us to.

Your rights

Du har ret til indsigt i, berigtigelse af og sletning af dine oplysninger, ret til at begrænse behandlingen, ret til dataportabilitet, ret til at gøre indsigelse mod behandling, der sker i vores legitime interesse, og ret til at trække et samtykke tilbage.
